I believe this was formerly the Casuarina in the 90s and 2000s.
Pluses:
1. Generous sized rooms - had a king bed which was huge and bed was slightly hard (just the way I like it)
2. Refreshed room, toilet design seems outdated and stale
3. Ample parking
4. Friendly and professional front desk
5, Hot water for showering was good, even during peak hours. Rain shower was nice
Minuses:
1. My room faced the next door construction site, noise was ok to be fair
2. TV channels limited to free to air and still doesn't work well
3. Aircon doesn't seem to get cold
4. Carpark is damp, slightly dark and old

Hotel is in the city centre, near to any attaction place (about 5-10min only). Easy & smooth check in process. Room are clean & spacious. Clean Bathroom with bathtub (my kids enjoyed play in bathtub). Breakfast foods are variety & delicious. TQ so much to Mrs Mastura for arranged a smooth room booking, check in & check out. Definitely will come back.

The staff are very helpful especially miss mastura who help us during our event before and after. The food also very good and tasty. Just there is slight problem when calling the staff for helping for technical and sound system only. Overall is okay.
