The architectural & interior design of WEIL hotel is one of the best in Perak, or even in Malaysia. The location is perfectly at the center of Ipoh with tons of eateries nearby & also connecting shopping mall (with Jaya Grocer), very convenient. The hotel Chinese restaurant Yuk SouHin is impressive, the smoked duck is one of the best I’ve tasted & the price is very affordable for such fine dining. Kudos to the chef! The hotel room design is elegant & beyond par in terms of layout & material selection. The wooden texture & ambient lighting is calming. Not to mention the peaceful mountain view outside the window.

However, for room #710 that I stayed some improvements are required:
1) Some of the wooden blinds are peeling off & one is even broken, which should be replaced as part of maintenance.
2) Previous guest left some dirts on the toilet wall (nose debris) & it is not cleaned by housekeeping. It's an uncomfortable experience to see it whenever i used the toilet bowl as facing it in front of me.
3) The light of the golden groove beside toilet phone is missing.

Overall, an excellent hotel and really worth the price. Will definitely come back for the relaxing bath tub and smoked duck. (End)

Really happy that it is connected to Ipoh Parade, a shopping mall with many choices of restaurants and even a cinema!

Service was also great, with the staff tidying my room professionally as I was away.

Looking forward to using Weil Hotel for personal trip!

My husband and I visited this bar for a drink to wait for later appointment, ended up we enjoyed so much and decided to stay longer. A vibrant environment (for sunset or night city view) with friendly staff -- Alfa [sorry if I misspelled] and Aini.

As we sit at bar table, they talked to us appropriately to make sure that we are comfortable. They made our night bright, dynamic and memorable. Both of them are sincere, interactive and experienced. Not only they give their utmost effort to provide guests an enjoyable night but more, they let us remember this city with a good way, touched our heart with their friendliness and professional serving attitude.

I will definitely go back there whenever I visit Ipoh - not only for the place but more for the people there.
