If you spend most of the time outside, maybe this hotel is good for you. My main concern was cleanliness especially the beddings. I had trouble sleeping at night. Pillows had yellowish stains, beddings feel a little dusty and I noticed an insect itchy bite in my upper leg during my first morning. Room smelled musty too. Toilet had some unpleasant smell too.
They will provide body soap and wash, tissue, coffee, 2 mineral waters, 1 mask per day. Dental kit, slippers will have to be requested. No fridge inside the room though there is a cold/hot water dispenser in each floor. There is 7 eleven in the lobby.
The biggest positive for me was the receptionists. They speak good English and really tried to help you with places to visit and restaurants to try. They are very friendly and welcoming too. They are the reason for my high rating. Plus the hotel location was really quiet and just walking distance to the town center, or just a short grab ride to ipoh parade or gunang lang park.
I would still recommend them to friends. Thank you for being one of the factors that my first solo trip was a success.More
