hotel is at good location as close to train station, old town and not too far from the airport. There is a 24 hours 7-11 if you need some snacks and drinks. The room is ok with view to the padang, air conditioner work well. There is water dispenser at the coridor.

What they need to improve is their staff. We booked 2 rooms (twin & triple) for 2 nights and requested same floor rooms. We arrived around 14.45 and the receptionist said that our rooms are not ready yet. We were waiting at the lobby. At 15.00 we asked again and the receptionist said that if we want same floor rooms, it will ready by 15.30. We agreed and left our luggage to the concierge/doorman. We went for some snack and shopping and back to the hotel around 16.30 and the receptionist gave us 2 rooms not at the same floor. We were angry at that time. If you can't give us same floor rooms, you should told us earlier and we can enter the rooms at 15.00 not to be waited until 17.00. Another receptionist then checked into her computer and voilaaaa, we can get same floor rooms. I don't know what kind of game they played.

The next day, we already put the make up room sign on the door before we left and when we back to the hotel at 15.30, the house keeping haven't make up our room.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked for 4 nights and extended our stay for another 3 nights, making a total of 7 nights. The hotel is very convenient to all facilities.
The guy doing the housekeeping is very thorough with his works making sure that our stay was comfortable, safe and clean. The price we paid for the room is very reasonable and worth every sen we paid for. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are in Ipoh.

Simple set up but fulfill all my need. The front desk staff on duty was so kind giving us a higher level room so that we can enjoy the good view of Ipoh from our room. No sahur provided as we are fasting, but we still can use Food Panda to get our food.
