The room is clean and ok only the pillow and air cond is not really good, but the staff services is good, Specially is Yana and Natasha, they working is so professional and settle problem is very fast.

The hotel room so clean,and comfortable room,no noisy room,the hotel location is strategic from the central city in Penang,we are easy go to anywhere,I recommended to stay here,comfy and clean,furniture looks so modern,the staffs very friendly here in Tune hotel,very pleasant to serve the customers here ,I really appreciate to the friendly and kindly staffs here,It's my favorite hotel during stay in Penang Island Malaysia ,I will stay in Tune Hotel again in future when I will travel to the Penang Island,I have been stay in Tune Hotel last year in KLIA it was such a great experience too same here.

I think the hotel is very convenient. It’s easy to travel and very close to the mall. the city is also beautiful and I can visit the night market which is very close to the hotel. the food is also very tasty.
