The Granite Hotel in Geargetown on island of Penang, Mylasia was excellent. The staff were very likable, friendly, and courteous! Our room was clean, spacious and showers had great, warm water pressure. Housekeeping staff were friendly and nice. Wonderful amenities in room that included an express coffee maker! Found the vertical automatic parking garage impressive with very friendly ground staff to help you use it. Also, one staff member (valet/concierge) secured a cab (07:30) for an early, medical appointment which reduced our stress. Special thank you again to him!!! He was such a pleasant man and we got to know him well. We highly recommend this hotel!!!

Room was really nice and super spacious with very comfortable amenities.
Pool was nice but could do with a few more lounges as I think there were only 4 from memory and a couple of times they were already taken, but still enjoyed ourselves. Being able to order a drink by the pool would also be a ++ but these are only minor details, overalll really enjoyed our stay

very good location in georgetown, very comfortable and clean room, great view from the room, excellent service and very accommodating, the pool is unique, there is currently no restaurant in the hotel but there are more than enough delicious restaurants or street food around, the main bus station is only 2 minutes away where you can go everywhere, just a perfect stay

Very clean and the staff was taking care and assist us. The car park was really admires because most of foreign countries have that space less car park, quit are memoriable experience.
