very good service starting from how to park my car, receptionist counter is very friendly, the swimming pool guy (najmi) also friendly, the uncle who drive the shuttle van very helpful. highly recommended this hotel for family vacation due to in the middle of town. vedy easy access yo everywhere. i give 10 ⭐️ to this hotel 👍🏻

Well maintained infinity pool on the 14th floor.. An experience to look down through the glass floor to the bottom
WiFi not strong in the room so staff added a modem. Staff quickly answered any queries.

I managed to lock in a deal for 2 nights on one unit two bedroom suite. Never heard of this hotel before therefore I did not hv very high expectations. I must say It is worth more than what I paid.
But I learned new things. Since space is something this hotel don’t have, they have installed an awesome automated parking system. Solve my problem of looking for my car and also looking for parking. I just slot the car in and everything is handled well.
The suite that i booked are all so 5star standard. Amenities in the bathroom is more than what other five star is giving now. They have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and a gift basket. Water dispenser is just at the alley of each floor. Very comfortable . Except the lift air wave is a bit noisy.
Swimming pool was nice but the water is salty. I just joke that this might be their Sal let water pool. I ask discover that one portion of the swimming pool is having transparent glass that look down to the ground floor. Scary☺️
Location is also ideal for th pose who drive.
I will recommend you stay in this hotel whenever possible. I will be back.

The hotel is amazing. Everything is clean and the staff at the reception is very polite. We loved staying with the hotel and definitely would visit again. In the pool area you have a beautiful view and an infinity pool which is so great! The staff, especially Najmi is very nice and attentive. You can reach everything by foot and 2 malls are just about 4 minutes away.

Had a wonderful stay over the weekends. The Business Suite rooms were clean & spacious where the kids loved running about.
The infinity pool is a major attraction for both the adults & kids, with the kids loving it!
Front desk staff are very friendly & helpful, particularly Joshua, who provided excellent services with our check-ins & giving us very useful trip advice during our stay.
Hotel's complimentary morning shuttle to nearby famous breakfast eateries is a lovely service to help us exploring area nearby.
Strategically located near major attractions & malls, Granite Luxury is highly recommended.
