There's no doubt to stay at this hotel. The location is convenient. Behind the hotel is an eating place. Quite nice to chill out with a live band performance. Opposite is Komtar. Nearby has a convenient store. Walking distance to Michelin Guide Restaurant 2024, Richard Rivalee Nyonya Cuisine. My bf n I walked from Gurney Paragon Penang to the hotel 😆. We took some photos when otw back to the hotel. I'm sure we'll stay at this hotel on next visit.

I would like to commend the staff of the granite luxury hotel. They were always professional in their interactions with us. We are a group of 4 and my elderly mum and her sisters were so pleased with their service that they reminded me again and again to leave a great review for the granite staff. So here I am leaving this review and even though we have not checked out yet, I felt I needed to write this review. Of course house keeping was just as meticulous in their cleaning and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only thing I was a bit disappointed was the Wi-Fi connectivity. There was an issue with the network during our stay and the Wi-Fi was unstable. Other than that, we had a most pleasant stay at the hotel. If we were to return to Penang again we would most likely return to the granite. Well done guys.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the infinity pool view was amazing. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located near the shopping mall and also to various local food, all within walking distances. I would come back again to stay.

Ali make the best cocktail, Long Island and Singapore sling is to die for,.Tree bar has the best hospitality, tiptop customer service. Would recommend my friend and family to come over in the future. Tree bar has a very relax environment. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

very good service starting from how to park my car, receptionist counter is very friendly, the swimming pool guy (najmi) also friendly, the uncle who drive the shuttle van very helpful. highly recommended this hotel for family vacation due to in the middle of town. vedy easy access yo everywhere. i give 10 ⭐️ to this hotel 👍🏻
