Comfortable Family Stay with Stunning Views

We recently spent a couple of days at The Granite Luxury Hotel with our kids, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The serviced apartments are well-equipped, perfect for families needing a bit more space. We loved having a kitchenette to prepare quick snacks for the little ones. The modern decor throughout the hotel gave it a fresh, upscale feel.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the unique swimming pool. It's not every day you get to swim in a pool with a glass bottom, looking down at the city below! The kids were thrilled, though I'll admit it took me a moment to get used to the height. It's a clever way to make the most of the hotel's stunning views over Penang. While our stay was short, I could see how the apartments would be comfortable for longer stays too.

Wonderful staff in a nice hotel

It is a great hotel with modern facilities and a good location, with some nice restaurants nearby. However, the aspect that I would like to highlight is the attention from the staff. I sprained my ankle the night before arriving and had to walk with crutches. The staff's attention was incredible. They were very kind to me, allowed us to check out later, and even gave us some fruits as gesture of their concern of my injury. I really appreciate their warmth. Thank you!

Their room is sooo comfortable & cleaned well! and also they are so helpful & accomodating too! looking forward for another stay at the granite some other time! Please do give them a visit if you come to penang, you wont regret it. Loved ittttt!

The Granite Luxury Hotel 🫶

There's no doubt to stay at this hotel. The location is convenient. Behind the hotel is an eating place. Quite nice to chill out with a live band performance. Opposite is Komtar. Nearby has a convenient store. Walking distance to Michelin Guide Restaurant 2024, Richard Rivalee Nyonya Cuisine. My bf n I walked from Gurney Paragon Penang to the hotel 😆. We took some photos when otw back to the hotel. I'm sure we'll stay at this hotel on next visit.

A pleasant experience

I would like to commend the staff of the granite luxury hotel. They were always professional in their interactions with us. We are a group of 4 and my elderly mum and her sisters were so pleased with their service that they reminded me again and again to leave a great review for the granite staff. So here I am leaving this review and even though we have not checked out yet, I felt I needed to write this review. Of course house keeping was just as meticulous in their cleaning and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only thing I was a bit disappointed was the Wi-Fi connectivity. There was an issue with the network during our stay and the Wi-Fi was unstable. Other than that, we had a most pleasant stay at the hotel. If we were to return to Penang again we would most likely return to the granite. Well done guys.
