First stayed here as a single traveler in 2019, back with family for a short trip and booked a Premium Deluxe Room. Still the same, super friendly service! The rooms are huge, but the bathroom has to be one of the largest, with a rain shower. The hotel is in a very central part of Georgetown and short walks to historical attractions.
Can not fault the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel.
The staff was friendly, but double thumbs up for the super friendly security.
The single occupancy room on the first floor was standard, but the view was unfortunately obstructed by a gas station.
Only negative was they have forgotten to inform me that my room was ready, after promised to contact me immediately. I have arrived early that morning and couldn't check in. It was just pure luck when I have decided later in the afternoon to go back to the hotel and wait untill my room was ready.

Ideally situated in Georgetown, close to the infamous jetties, street arts, and walking distance (10~20mins) to various attractions and popular food joints.
Excellent staff, check-in could be improved (took 15mins) and our thanks to employee-of-the-year Ramlah for keeping our room spotless and immaculate everyday. Starts her day with a smile (we bumped into her every morning) and management in reading please bump her pay!
We stayed for 3N in a premium deluxe room (110) and had immensely enjoyed it. Bed was wonderful, adequate railings for your clothes, and a nice balcony fronting some trees and a wee bit of the pool. Minor setback; some chatty young adults were playing cards by the pool until 12:30/12:40am.
Parking could be a challenge if you turn up in a larger car but parking attendant was helpful so it was all fine. About 12 parking spots available for guests and was never full during our stay. We left our car parked and took Grabcars everywhere (or walked).
We very much look forward to staying again as we travel to Penang twice yearly. Keep up the outstanding job and priceless efforts in keeping us and other guests happy and comfortable.

Location of the hotel is just out of the main town but its only around 15 mons walk into the action. Some of the street art is just around the corner though. The room was a solo cabin and just the right size, bed was comfy, shower was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. The pool area is small but decent enough. Note that water at the hotel is safe to drink from the taps but they do not provide food and drink on site.

The hotel was very clean n safe;had its own carpark
2 pillows, a hard n soft were provided.
Towels are thick n fluffy n white-white! So were the bedlinen n duvet.
AC was quiet, rain shower had great pressure n tv had a few cable channels inc sports!
Would be a 5* if it offered food and a larger pool.
Made my stay perfect.
