My husband and I were in Penang for a 10 day vacation in February '10 during Chinese New Year, so we had a chance to really see the island and try many different foodie spots. As Penang is know for it's great food. We became 'regulars' at That Little Wine Bar because we loved the food, the atmosphere and of course the wine. The chef/owner Tommes has worked in some really fantastic restaurants, including Jean Georges in Shanghai. My favorites were the black and white sesame seared tuna and the decadent chocolate cake.
