We stayed here three. Ights. This is a lovely hotel. Beautifully Renovated. Very clean and comfortable. The service is first rate. Raj really helped us out and the hotel manager could not have been more attentive and accommodating. The room was very clean
Our only criticism is that the bed was a little hard.
The parking out the back was very convenient and the location is central to many great sites and restaurants however it is back from the road and very quiet.
We will be back!!
Pretty lil boutique hotel and is strategically located in the city centre. With just walking distance to many cafe & restaurants, at night you will have plenty of hawker stalls along the Chulia street, bars, near to Armenian Street, lil India, family mart and etc.
Every corner of the hotel is so picturesque and the staff was very friendly, thoughtful and warm. Room was very clean and cosy.
Will recommend this hotel to anyone who plan to travel to Penang and will stay here again next time.
Nice old style boutique hotel and friendly staff. Got surprised with the birthday cake.
Like the overall environment and service just the swimming pool with too strong of chlorine and some towel with abit stain.
This historical building has 200 years of history. Equipped with vintage furniture and deco make you feel like living in a old house.
Friendly staff + good environment. they even prepare a cake on my birthday and keep it in mini fridge. It was a surprise to me! Thank you YengKeng team for the effort.

This hotel did not disappoint. A wonderful boutique hotel experience in a heritage building that has been modernized enough to prevent mold and unpleasant features of many old buildings, but retaining its charm and beauty. Terrific staff support, great comfort, solid breakfast, a pool, parking lot, and just a couple minute walk from the restaurants on Love Lane and Campbell Street. Such a wonderful experience!
