Excellent Experience

Good Value for Money. Room was well maintained and very comfortable bed and cushion. The room was very clean and had all the amenities stated. room was how it was stated in the booking page.fast check in and check out process. Came with parking.

Pleasant stay.

Location at George Town about 1.5km to most local attractions and famous local foods could actually walk around to explore. To take grab ride around George Town is RM 5 per trip and to Gurney area malls is between RM11 to RM13.

No sight of money changer, convenience stores and eateries near hotel area. 7/11 store (a bit of distance away from the hotel) only operates standard business hours not 24 hours.

It was a pleasure having you stay with us. However we are regret that we did not assist you during your stay, actually the nearest money changer is only 5 minutes driving distance in the nearby mall, therefore you may find a few convenience stores such as Happy Mart which operate 24 hours in walking distance about 3-5minutes.

Bad cleanliness

It was dissapointed as the person who clean the room was not changed the towel. Spilled drinks on the hand towel and i purposely put it aside so they can change it, however when Im back the hand towel they hang it as it was clean and changed to new towel but when Im about to wipe my face the stain was still there and i am so shock that they dont even changed it and hang it back as it was the new towel. Bad service and i dont know if the rest of the towel was clean enough. Not recommended at all because they are not practise CLeanliness at all.

Room tip: To always check the cleanliness of the room/ towels

Spacious, clean and new hotel within the city

Stayed here one night in family suites with 2 rooms with my 2 kids, the hotel is not far from Komtar penang. Parking is not an issue even for our MPV, their rotating car park with escalator can move the car into empty slot. Check-in is fast and we stayed at level 19th with nice city and some ocean view. Room is very big with a living room, master room with big washroom and changing cabinet, and another connecting room. Wifi is fast and there are 19 tv channels to choose from. Next morning we went for their gym at level 22, not very big but good enough with 5-6 workout machines. Breakfast is at level 21 buffet styles, choice is just nice, not many but food is ok with reasonable price, only RM21 per pax.

Excellent Hotel

Very nice and strategic hotel with complete amenities. Location wise is near to everything especially to get food. The worker’s are helpful and kind. Room are spacious and clean with a modern furniture and fitting. I will surely come back in the near future.
