Wedding in Ascott!

I had my wedding in Ascott in their Bayu Hall, their hall are all renovated and well maintained. i love the woody & earth colour design of the hall too! Sames goes to their hotel room, we stayed in one bedroom suite, the room are spacious & clean.

Service from Ascott are beyond extra miles! Kudos to Celine, the catering manager from Ascott, she coordinate our wedding arrangment well, she offer herself to deal with deco & lightning vendor on behalf of us during our busy time! Service staff are doing good too!

Definitely a good experience!

Perfect Hotel

Love this hotel so much, building quality is so nice located in the smack of penang while we can have ocean view. the most amazing thing about this hotel is the SERVICE. Kuddos to Rain and Lay Sim for making my stay the most memorable ever! Will def come back again for sure.

Listen and Act = Sucessful business event

Would like to extend our gratitude for the hospitality and outstanding service we received from Eugene (assistant director of sales) during our recent business event at your esteemed hotel. He listen and act accordingly to accomodate our needs, which directly contribute to the success of our business event.

Room tip: Residing along gurney drive, the ‘it’ place for both leisure and business. The hotel recently renovated

Absolutely AMAZING! Simply the BEST!

Having travelled around the world and stayed in a fair share of luxury 5-star hotels and service apartments, Ascott Gurney Penang, truly deserves a spot in my list of top 3 hotels to visit again … and again.

From the moment they receive you at the airport, all levels of the team - from the GM (Sharon) to the front desk to the doorman - are always welcoming you with a sincere smile. They anticipate your needs, empathize with last minute changes and over deliver every single time!

The hotel is extremely clean and new. Rooms are huge with gorgeous views to pair. Conveniently located, it’s a 10-15 mins walk away from Gurney Plaza allowing you to work up an appetite or walk off your calories from their delicious local hawker fare.

A definite must- stay!

A must stay at Penang.

The staff at the reception was helpful and polite.
Due to emergency, I am only able to stay 1 night.
Ascott is able to refund for the rest of the night that i had make payment.
I would definately return my stay at Ascott Penang.
