We had 3 day 2 night event.. the rooms, ballroom is super. The staff was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Especially Zul f&b (banquet) and Celine.. super efficient.. our event turn out well.. all vips n participant were happy.. recommended especially for corporat event.. More

Fantastic location with seaview, mordern and quiet, moverover easy access to Gorgetown heritage. The room is very spacious and clean, staff are very friendly especially the GM Sharon. She is just like a local friend, introducing and even bringing us once to one local restaurant for authentic peranakan food. The service apartment provided 4 types of pillows and very comfortale bed, the laundry machine makes our journey much lighter and smarter!! Always like service aparment like this for overseas travel!!

Our stay is in One-Bedroom Executive suite. The suites come with breathtaking sea view, spacious, cozy and clean. It also come with well-equipped kitchenette such as large size fridge, microwave and induction cooker.
Hotel lobby is very spacious and luxurious. Facilities is exceptional such as infinity swimming pool, gym room, yoga room, children's playroom, outdoor BBQ area, and resident's lounge. Highlight to the Glass Bar located beside the swimming pool, providing a pleasant setting to enjoy poolside drinks. Don't forget to try out their signature cocktail!
Ascott Gurney direct connections to Gurney walk was a great convenience, as we had easy access to a diverse array of restaurants, cafes, specialty shops, and a convenient store. The upcoming Gurney Wharf entrance are just located in front of the hotel.
We highly recommend Ascott Gurney Penang for their great hospitality, spacious rooms, exceptional facilities, and great location.

the best stay ever with group of friends. we have 2 connecting rooms. 1 is just room and another is a 2 bed room set up. super value for money, able to cook and have great catch up session with friends. highly recommend for big group

This is an Excellent Experience provided by beloved Sharon 💗✨ Beloved Sharon arranged 2-bedroom apartments for the 5 of Us, It is truly blessed that we can stay together 💕 This is a very good arrangement from beloved Sharon and we could feel the Love from beloved so much. The Love from her surrounding us during the travel period, it so sweet and moved our hearts, so much 💕✨ This is a precious trip for us to travel with our Beloved Divine Teacher - Mother Ocean to explore and experience Penang with our Love practice 💕✨ The apartment is so clean, cosy and spatial, and the view from the apartment and bedroom is beautiful 💕✨ I also would like to thanks to beloved Ascott team members for provided a very good service to us, it make me feel like home.
