The hotel was fine with location and room standard. However if you do need any wifi-coverage, this hotel is not the one to go to. Firstly, only a maximum of two devices can be connected at any one time. (If it is a couple traveling, this would make it impossible to connect both mobile phones and One computer!) Secondly, logging in on some devices (like phones) is difficult as the log in process is not simple and consistent. Thirdly, the internet connection is slow and prone to being disconnected. Forget any form of secure connection (dropouts would require reauthentication) or any skype or voice communications. I had brought my concerns to the hotel staff, which gave me a different access point, but that made it just slightly better than before. The three above issues still continued. I gave up and used my 3g connection with my phone subsequently (which was very expensive). For a hotel claiming to be 4 stars, this is very poor. Summary: If you just need a hotel without any wifi-services, this hotel would suit, otherwise choose another location.

The hotel was great even I'm check in late the staff Michelle was very friendly and helpful guide me where to have nice supper within walking distances. The hotel location is located in Georgetown with plenty of good food around.
Our deluxe room was located on the 15th floor and we enjoyed an excellent view of the sea. The room itself was very comfortable. Not very large but contained all the amenities needed by a leisure traveller. The bathroom was clean and there was a good supply of hot water.
All in all, it was a good stay and we would recommend it to anyone going over to Georgetown for a leisure/business trip.

We had a special offer to stay at the Cititel Hotel but would return in a heart-beat! the hotel is in a great location and we echo the comments that many great eating locations are close. It is on the edge of the historic part of the city but well within walking or try the new HOP-ON/HOP-OFF bus which can be grabbed at two spots close to the hotel.

The staff was fantastic during our visit. They went out of their way to know us on site. I had a bit of a dental issue and it seemed the whole hotel was concerned. Thanks everyone! We only had food at the morning buffet but it was great and again, the staff was over the top!

Yes you could say the rooms and furniture may be a bit dated but the quality of sleep, beds, and cleaning staff made up for it.

The pool is inside but we were too busy to use.

Would we return? Dang right we will!
