The staffs are incredibly professional, efficient and well mannered as well as helpful and quick to help in any way. The rooms are so well kept and very clean. The location of the hotel is absolutely strategic and many attractions are within walking distance such as malls and famous makan places, a huge bonus is that at night, all you need to do is walk out of the hotel lobby and you are in a bustling hawker center within a stone's throw away. It is one of the best places my family and I have stayed at and we will definitely be coming back soon!

I love this hotel in Georgetown because of its atmosphere and location. Rooms are nice, comfy, most with the view over the city which is really nice to looking at. There is even small swimming pool. Breakfast is pretty nice, so you can choose even malay or indian (try Roti Canai), fruits and more and more. Great about this hotel is location, not for from old part of town and just next door is famous streetfood market with a lot of delicious food! Definitely would love to stay again

This was our 6th stay at this awesome hotel, we were booked for 15 nights but had to cut our holiday short by a week due to the Coronavirus outbreak and Penang went into a MCO and our Australian Government told Australian Tourists to come home asap before our borders closed. Anyway the short stay we did have was amazing, the staff went above and beyond making our stay special under the circumstances, I celebrated my birthday while there and came back to our room to find it decorated and a birthday cake, thank you so much.

The location is good. Easy to find eating stalls downstair at evening. Hotel provide free suttle bus everyday to George Town just register at reception. But the swimming pool is too small and dirty with many crows group to drink the pool water.

My duration of my stay was 11-13 March. Check in/out was smooth & staffs was informative about covid 19. Room size was good, clean but TV selections can be improve. Street food hawkers is just beside the hotel. They open after 5pm till midnight except Wednesday. Location was central to malls, attractions if not just a short grab ride. It is my hotel to stay if I return. Thank you.
