good location, nice and good hospitality hotel, clean and quite room (as they upgrade me to a deluxe room) poolside view. As for Swimming pool is a small one. but still ok for me. Overall is good. Breakfast is consider good for me. If not , there is local breakfast area nearby.

One night stay. The room was nice, clean with a large bed. Free parking and nice reception. Our room faces the jetty. Nice view. Located in Georgetown so you dont have to travel far for food and other attractions in Penang.
Cons. Leaking shower head, water from shower flows into the room, shower drain clogged.
Maybe it was not my luck to get that room. I want to complaint but for a one night stay, not worth the fuss.
But overall a nice hotel.👍

It's a very comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly and nice. The breakfast is very generous. At last, the bed is very big and we slept very well. In our opinion, you have to book a room in this hotel

The deluxe room with pool view was comfy, clean and big to stay in throughout my 3 nights. The hotel staff from the bellboys, concierge, receptionists, cafe staff, security guards and cleaners were polite and professional. I like that the bathroom has conveniently separated the toilet and shower area with doors. But I hope the hotel can consider installing another power socket beside the beds so that 2 person can play on their devices in bed and charge their devices concurrently. I enjoyed my stay.
