I had book a superior room just for me and my sister but upon check in they had upgraded our room to junior suite.we found the room was spacious with plenty of space, bigger toilet and balcony overlooking komtar.it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean. We are both happy during our stay

I've stayed there for 2days. Excellent services staffs and manager. The room has all facilities, clean and confortable, but the wall is thin so, it can not keep the noise from other room that much. Overall is amazing.

fantastic hotel feel like home. this is the hotel that set the benchmark for others 4 stars hotel to follow . will definitely come back . The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and nice environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the my day.
Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!More

Worth the stay... Many colonial design building around and really close to the jetty. Moving around was easy, many eateries and night entertainment around. Location wise was a little hidden from main road but that not an issue. Breakfast was sufficient. Wifi available in room and speed was okay.
