Staff here were welcoming from the start and even helped us find a dentist when needed! Large room with a big bed and nice shower. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and only busy late afternoon. The gym is small but has everything you need. The breakfast was surprisingly good considering this is included as standard. Lots of choice of bith western and eastern options. Also had a great massage in the spa which was really reasonably priced.

Royale Chulan Hotel cool and nice place to stay when you visit to Penang.The hotel is near the ferry and bus terminal.Eating out is just around the corner.5 minutes walk you can see the Esplanade Food Center at Padang Kota Lama.And it is a tourist attraction called Fort Cornwallis.

I had book a superior room just for me and my sister but upon check in they had upgraded our room to junior suite.we found the room was spacious with plenty of space, bigger toilet and balcony overlooking komtar.it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean. We are both happy during our stay

I've stayed there for 2days. Excellent services staffs and manager. The room has all facilities, clean and confortable, but the wall is thin so, it can not keep the noise from other room that much. Overall is amazing.
