It was the best ever experience that i ever had in my life when i our room was upgraded from junior suite to Royal Suite. The most expensive room in the hotel. I was so surprised when the front desk inform about this. It was an once in a lifetime experienced that i will never forget. The hospitality was great. For sure will stay at this hotel again.

Actually this is my second times visit. My baby love so much because so comfortable. She can run here and there. 😂. Nice pool. Wide room. Clean. Good staff. Breakfast is good. I will repeat again with my family.

Overall was excellence.Nice Room and quite.Good location.Easy access to town and very Good breakfast.Check in and Check are very fast.Walking Distance of convenience shops.Room are clean and Bed are comfy.This time I got A level room which and we had served with tea n snacks as a complimentary.

I like everything about Royale Chulan Penang. My husband and kids love this hotel as well. this is my 3rd time to stay there, believe me, it's worth it! I have a very relaxing and wonderful time in Royale Penang.

Enjoyed the friendly staff and light, spacious room. Well appointed, comfortable bed - pillows could be softer 🙏🏻 Breakfast was good without being over the top, just keep an eye on stocking up as items run out. Handy position just 5 mins from ferry and a good part of town. Would definitely return and recommend

Staff here were welcoming from the start and even helped us find a dentist when needed! Large room with a big bed and nice shower. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and only busy late afternoon. The gym is small but has everything you need. The breakfast was surprisingly good considering this is included as standard. Lots of choice of bith western and eastern options. Also had a great massage in the spa which was really reasonably priced.
