Here for 3 day business meeting, location was convenient enough to pop into Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon malls during the day (approx 5 -10mins walk away). Dining options at Spoon cafe wasn't the best however you can easily get food nearby. Hotel staff are attentive and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and love the functional desk and work chair. Beds are firm and comfortable. Only downside is some stains on the carpet.

service is top notch. every one including security guards to guys working at concierge are so friendly and helpful at all times. we waited for the buggy one late night from old G hotel to New G as it was out first time on this service, we waited long and thought we waited at wrong place. soon someone came to tell us.. and even apologise that the wait is long.. so he will drive us to our hotel as the guys there too busy. it's little things like that.. we didn't mind waiting still. i like how they handle each request.. it's not about them fulfilling it like check in / out time but how they will explain to us that they will try and worked out a timing for us that was even more than we can ask for! thanks my BFF and i had not traveled for 15yrs together!!! u gave us the best morning view in our room!!! thanks for making our stay filled with G O O D NESS!
The staff were really cool people. All except Guest Service Manager Cai Hui and her Security posse. Her policewoman attitude and actions, questions and instructions cost me a day of sleep and planning.
Good location, great service..the rooms were especially big.. breakfast was one of hte best.. Theres a free mini bar although the selection is limited..
the gym has everything you need so this is an additional perk for me

Best experience ever . We stayed in an executive room, there was a free flow of cocktail from 6-8pm . The manager, Lisa was very attentive to our needs and ensure we had the best experience. The gym was also well equipped and clean. Buffet breakfast was also great :)

good dan best place to stay, near plaza, food centre and event hospital ,just walking aways some minutes. the room is spacious dan they fill the beverages everyday... food in spoon restaurant is good also. staff polite and fast response service
