Went there with the children and they're having fun. No ghost roaming/ jump on you so it's good/safe for the elderly too (no heart attack). The staff were very friendly and informative.

We are an Australian couple in our 30s and stopped off at the ghost museum purely to get some relief from the humidity and hide inside some air con for a while. We didn’t expect much, but this place was a laugh. We had a lovely tour guide who explained the different cultures beliefs in ghosts and spirits etc, and there were plenty of good photos opportunities. There are lots of different rooms and displays for the different cultures and it’s interactive and well done. If you want a light laugh then this is a fun place to visit.

I went here with my partner and we had such a laugh! This is a great place for all ages, although very young children may get a little scared. Our guide Anis was the best. She was very entertaining and her English was very good. Thank you for a unique experience!

It is not a bad museum. But properly I have went to Upside Down & Wonder Food museum, before I went to Ghost Museum, so in terms of service and props, these two museum are much better than the Ghost Museum.
Basically, is to introduce different kinds of ghosts, spirits, zombies and vampires in Chinese, Malay, Europe and Japan. There is no one to scare the visitors.
However, I feel all museums should have made the place to help visitors to take nice pictures. In terms of service, props, lighting and etc, that will be a plus++ point to me.
