the staff is really friendly, helpful and really like it.
the breakfast is delicious and not so bad.
the room is super spacious and my kids love it. the room even have takashima massage chair ( even it not function well.)
the room is clean.
it just locate at the town.

It was a great stay in the vouk hotel. I was amazed by the staffs services and courtesy. From the guard ,receptionist till the duty manager. I requested for an early check in and was granted. They replied my email immediately. And attended to my concern regarding the CMCO restrictions and Rules. They prepared sahur for me instead of breakfast in the morning as requested. My concern of the dish was also taken into consideration. There was a minor problem regarding my room and the duty manager Ms Azlin on the stated date attended to it promptly. I was given an upgrade. She even took the extra mile to follow up later on regarding my concerns. I would definitely come again and choose vouk hotel again. The room was kept clean and tidy. The staffs were so friendly and sincere in their job. Thanks for the hospitality. Keep up the good work.

Actually we wake up around 10.30..but the front office staff Miss.Jothy she try the best for arrange breakfast...she really helpful.. and restaurant staff Mr.Ikmal was very humble person..He also try to arrange the ala-carte food and he is very good staff.. he did wonderful service.. very clean hotel and restaurant look awesome..room 912 and 913..tq VOUK hotel suites Penang.

Super duper.. Highly recomended.. Room very big & clean.. Food so delicious at C'est Si Bon.. and important thing is.. all staff include trainee..very friendly & polite.. I will come again to try their buffet..

We had simple experience here, because it is walking distance to my friend wedding dinner Restaurant.
Location - Probably need to drive to city area, walking can be done for short walk along the beach.
Room- It was spacious room, got a mini massage chair, everything are fine. *maybe can improve on the lightning , a little dark.

room and bath room size was quite big. the hotel design is a bit old, i think it need some renovation. price is ok and very near to the hospital, which was my purpose to stay at the hotel. there is a starbucks coffee and small drugstore nearby in case you need to by something.
