Staycation on the 28th Dec 2021

It was our 1st time coming and stay with Holiday Inn Ex. KK. I love the ambient of the hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The receptionist who served us was Cynthia and I was very happy with her services as she help us to get our desired floor and even make our checkin/checkout processes very fast & smooth. My husband is a chef and he was impressed with the breakfast setting, as mentioned by him though could be improve but it was quite a good setting for an express hotel, the service staff was also very efficient in clearing empty plates and cleanliness is 5 star I would definitely recommend HIEKK to most people, probably one of the best arising hotel in KK Keep up the good job

Ok

The coffee house menu so reasonable price and nice quality. Unfortunately, their services quit terrible when im still not finish my lunch, they already pass the bill, it rude to serve like that, something did not professional. Please improve the services for next time. The environment it ok with new facilities, lighting and freshly. So nice

Family friendly hotel

We love the minimalist ambient in the hotel, kind staff at the reception and housekeeping. The smart TV is a better choice, kids can watch YouTube, free WiFi. Is just this hotel not provide bathtub for guest

Good hospitality

For the past 4 days, we had a good vacation here. Azuan Mohamad, had provide us a good room services. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back!
