Visit Kokol hill by all means but not Kokol Elf. There are multiple view points on the road to the Kokol hill to enjoy the scenic beauty of the ocean from the mountains. Kokol Elf is a rip off for the foreign tourists (90RM entry fee per person even for children 3 years is really not worth it and is a big rip off).

We have rented a scooter to go on Kokol hill but Grab could be also a good choice. The scooter gave us a much better freedom of movement but do not go there with an automatic scooter as there are steep slopes and the rubber belt could snap. Take a semi-automatic at least. Kokol Elf is nice but they have a 90 myr entrance fee with a drink included. A better choice is the Kokol Farm . They also have great swings above the forest and many other nice places to sit and have a drink - 10 +10 myr with drink included. It was a great 3 hours experience .

A small place but offers a good view of KK and it's surrounding. Visitors will have to park at the owners house and walk across the road to get here. Toilet/shower is available. Sink is available too, as well as BBQ-ing facility.

Worth to drive up there as the sunset view were amazing and spectacular. Parking can be challenging as there weren't any designated parking spots. Just roadside parking and the roads were narrow. But, be careful when driving especially after dark because certain parts of the road did not have any safety railing because it was really dark.

Went there during Raya 2019. Definitely worth the drive up there as the sunset views were AMAZING! Decided to go to the roadside burger joint as there isn't any entry fees and there were hardly anyone there. Parking can be challenging as there weren't any designated parking spots. Just roadside parking and the roads were narrow. Be careful when driving especially after dark because certain parts of the road did not have any safety railing and it was very dark.
