Stayed here for 2 night but in separate day...we stayed in Kuching for transit to Singapore. Nice and helpful staff. They gave us a town map..booked the private double bed room with insuite bathroom. the room was small but the price we paid it was enough well.

We stayed 5 nights at the B&B for RM 35 a night. That got us a private, no frills, dingy room with a shared bathroom down the hall. There are 4 showers but only 1 of them had hot water. The full kitchen was awesome because there's a grocery store right next door. We made our own Kraft macaroni and cheese and drank cheap cans of Kingsway Beer...great for stretching the ol' travel budget. Staff was nice. Rooftop patio was great for relaxing on during the frequent downpours. There are soup stalls across the street from the entrance; there's a woman there that makes the best Laksa I've had in all our travels - the one I compare all of them to now! Great for breakfast. Orangboom beer available at the desk for 5 per can. Nice place to stay on a budget or long-term.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the B&B Inn in Kuching for 5 nights (we extended in from the initial 2 we had booked) and would definately go back there if we were to visit Kuching again. The manager picked us up from the airport and gave us loads of information about the area and a little driven tour on the way back to the Inn.
The rooms there are basic but very clean and a good size whilst the toilet and showers are kept immaculate and with both hot and cold water.
You have access to a kitchen if you want to make your own food and there free tea and coffee all day as well as free toast in the morning.
They have 1 computer downstairs that is advertised as being 4rm an hour but we werent charged once.
The Inn is only a few minutes away from the bus stops that can take you too Semenggoh and Bako National park and if you have any questions the manager is extremely helpful and imformative.
Theres loads of places to eat nearby and a nice chilled atmosphere. Really recommended!!!

Whole place needs a good scrub. Run down and tired. I can see why it is reviewed positive however as the staff is indeed pretty friendly and helpful.
Just think that at the time I stayed for an extra 14MR I could have stayed at no frills competition Tune near waterfront. Pays to compare and see what else is around. This place is a bit out of the way.
Free wifi and complimentary tea & cofee and bfast toast are great.

< merits >
1. The manager is very helping and incredibly informative. He can answer any questions you want to know about.
2. The shared shower and restroom was very spacious and very clean.
3. The location is good - close to waterfront, supermarket and food center.
4. Free wi-fi
5. Free breakfast and tea/coffee
6. You pay peanuts (especially when you stay at dorm)

< Demerits >
1. Compared to some of its trendier competitors, this place looks a bit old...(but still, I emphasize again, very clean!)
2. The dormitory is a little bit dim and has only one power socket for 6 people.
