First of all, I am not an extremely fussy person, infact my wife started complaining and I just said maybe its just our bad day. Stay at your hotel is the worst experience I have got in all my travelling days for a 4/5 star hotel. First Day when i checked in to the Family room, the toilet was clogged and cannot be flushed. Called maintenance and they fixed it and I thought maybe just my luck. After unclogging, there is a terrible smell and my wife had to walk down to the 7Eleven nearby to buy Mr. Muscle to clean it herself.
Then the next problem arise, the fridge does not work at all, again called maintenance and they fixed it. I also found black ants all over the room writing table (room 1046 or 47 Family room).
Went to the coffee house to have dinner, ordered a steak and find it strange the steaks cold, ate it and had diarhea the next day (yellow poop - coincidence much?).
Then more problems, WIFI did not work the whole of first day (IT and Maintenance came 2 times, and I called 3-4 times) - Problem was never solved until 10.30 pm and by then I need to sleep. I have important work and need to send some emails out and nothing works. Because there is no WIFI, I tried to use my phone data to share with my PC but the room phone signals are weak....
By the next day I was already boiling. And then found out parking is NOT provided and guests have to pay. Which is ridiculous. Even if the parking belongs to the Mall, please arrange to pay the mall for your guests. Absolutely worst experience, my booking number is LRWSGHFN - 22 October 2022 checkin
I don't really want to hear any apologies as many of the problems have no excuse. No WIFI?/ Better your hotel contact me to arrange some type of compensation for the absolute lowsy experience me and my family had.
