HAD A WONDERFUL 2-NIGHTS STAY AT THE PULLMAN, KUCHING! LOCATION WAS GOOD, ROOM AND TOILET WERE CLEAN, THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE ULTRA COMFORTABLE. CHECK- IN AND CHECK-OUT WAS FAST, THANKS TO SIERRA AND ISKANDAR AT FRONT OFFICE. POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOO FROM ALL THE STAFF I MET, ESP JOSEPHINE, CHRISTY AND KELVIN AT THE BUFFET BREAKFAST, AND ABOVE ALL, CHEF MATAN AND CHEF YONG WHO ENSURED THAT I DIDNT GO HUNGRY DUE TO MY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. THANK YOU ALL FOR SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Breakfast good choice. Had dim sum which was good but expensive in the hotel. Ate in the food court under the hotel, varied food and good price
Rooms not cleaned well, hairs in the bath and scum ring in the bath
Pool and area, the pool was great the sun loungers were holed ,broken and uncomfortable
Staff helpful and friendly
Needs some tlc to ring it back after neglect during covid

Superb location ,Ms Tania duty manager in charge at Pullman kuching arranged birthday cake for my hubby .The room was cleaned daily .Attached shopping mall.Walking distance to riverside .Daily breakfast was superb and sarawak laksa was daily provided .Keep up Pullman

Dear High management of pullman kuching,i have been member of your fitness centre since 2017 till now and will be expiring soon..from the start i being the club member here i can see there is no changes at your gym facilities..as per now i can see theres a lot of new gym member joining your club but what make me concern are you guys never want to make improvement on adding your gym equipment..can you imagine you only have 10+ only gym equipment and your club members are 100+ person and not counted by the hotel guest that come to use the facilities..it will become very crowded and you cant even do your workout sesion.your gym space also very limited,when crowded you can't even do your work out because the gym member will mix with hotel guest also..Although there's a cheap promotion right now im thinking that me and my all friends not renewing our membership..there are four group of us contain of 16 people not renewing..all you guys thinking is money coming in a lot and dont want to invest out your money for better guest/member experience..overall staff attendance are now good and friendly

We are well aware of the size of our gym will not be able to accommodate that amount of gym users at a time. Rest assure space expanding is definitely in our plan as well as adding more new equipments. First of all, I am not an extremely fussy person, infact my wife started complaining and I just said maybe its just our bad day. Stay at your hotel is the worst experience I have got in all my travelling days for a 4/5 star hotel. First Day when i checked in to the Family room, the toilet was clogged and cannot be flushed. Called maintenance and they fixed it and I thought maybe just my luck. After unclogging, there is a terrible smell and my wife had to walk down to the 7Eleven nearby to buy Mr. Muscle to clean it herself.

Then the next problem arise, the fridge does not work at all, again called maintenance and they fixed it. I also found black ants all over the room writing table (room 1046 or 47 Family room).

Went to the coffee house to have dinner, ordered a steak and find it strange the steaks cold, ate it and had diarhea the next day (yellow poop - coincidence much?).

Then more problems, WIFI did not work the whole of first day (IT and Maintenance came 2 times, and I called 3-4 times) - Problem was never solved until 10.30 pm and by then I need to sleep. I have important work and need to send some emails out and nothing works. Because there is no WIFI, I tried to use my phone data to share with my PC but the room phone signals are weak....

By the next day I was already boiling. And then found out parking is NOT provided and guests have to pay. Which is ridiculous. Even if the parking belongs to the Mall, please arrange to pay the mall for your guests. Absolutely worst experience, my booking number is LRWSGHFN - 22 October 2022 checkin

I don't really want to hear any apologies as many of the problems have no excuse. No WIFI?/ Better your hotel contact me to arrange some type of compensation for the absolute lowsy experience me and my family had.

Room tip: Dont book this hotel, go for another brand name hotel nearby
