The hotel rooms were good and the service as well Not only that, the breakfast at the hotel was good and they had varieties the hotel is in the heart of Kuching. It has an easy access to shopping malls waterfront and so on

Wonderful hotel with helpful staffs. My husband had I had a present stay at Margeritha. They had help to decorate the room into very romantic and modern celebration space. We had been given a river view room. Thumbs up.

In the city center, close to the river, old and modern shops, authentic restaurants, bars, major attractions of the city. Hotel is quite, clean with nice room, swimming pool. My view from the room was not as good as it can be from others. Breakfast is fine with both local and international meals.

Check-in here quite often for annual 'pilgrimage' to my hometown. I used to quality service, warm welcome and smiles.
This time, it was the worse as I expected much improvement from my previous comments and suggestions to the team.
There were strands of hairs in the bath tub, dirty mirror and no laundry bag privided.
The front office promise to call (I asked twice) if the room is ready as we checked-in as early as 11am. But until 3pm, no call as promised.
Room service is very fast. I ordered fried flat noodles. The portion is generous, tastewise, okay.
Breakfast was better from my last visits. The restaurant was full and the staff didn't tell there are seats outside and we have to wait while the staff busy entertaining I believe his family member and foreigners. Double standard at its finest.
Bring back the friendly smiles from the staffs please!

I’m waiting about 2 hours to check in and the women at the receptionist keep saying room not ready. How many hours u need to make up room? Already spoil my vacation mood in Kuching. Swear to God not staying this hotel such a slow service, not responsive, the all women receptionist not friendly and please take this serious matters once u think to stay this hotel. So disappointed, hardly not recommended and please save ur money for the lousy service

Attending a function by the poolside hosted by a company. Serving staffs totally inexperienced...can’t even cut and serve fish on seated dinner. Some more, Soya Sauce on table was in fact sesame oil?? The worst of hotel service ever experienced.
