The best thing the hotel has going for it is the proximity to Kuching Airport. So its convenient when you come in late at night or leave early in the morning; its a very short drive to the airport.

Other than that, the experience was rather poor. The rooms certainly have seen better days ... the carpets are dirty .... and the room overall is grubby ... thick layers of dust and mold around door frame, on shelves, the night table ... which means that cleaning is not carried out properly ... the rooms need attention.

The breakfast - buffet style - is ok in terms of variety, but all is cold. The kitchen prepares the food, then its not kept warm. There are burners under the serving dishes that are not on; the coffee is cold even if it was just freshly replenished. Should be much better ... and with a little bit of care ... could be better.

The clientele is not very considerate ... noisy banging and shouting outside the rooms when coming back at night ... to wake up everybody. The air con is rather loud (seems to be an old system), and the temperature control does not work well ... the selections seem to be cold and very cold and super cold.

If you can put up with this, its tolerable for an overnight ... but would not recommend to stay here longer.

Good hotel to stay because it is located just infront of the KCH airport. This hotel is still new so everything is well maintain for now. The room is very comfortable. The bellboy is very friendly and helpful, they smile all the time and always ready to guide you if you need help. Everything is perfect about this hotel but just need to improve breakfast variety, the choice is very limited. However, hopefully can get better offer again to stay here in the future!
