i has make the reservation via Agoda with some request such as high floor, twin bed, non-smoking room.
before my travel date, i'm unable to get reply from hotel after I message via agoda and drop email to hotel. I asked front desk during my check-in time, front desk said that not manage by front desk and he cannot do anything.
and i got the room with queen bed which i request to get twin bed. Front desk said unable to do any arrangement for us. end up, some one look like front office manager show and help to arrange for twin bed room for us.
for room key, it been disactivated for 2nd day stay. i have to go front desk ask for new card to enter my room
