Please update you room preparation checklist..as found WiFi not function..previous rubbish remain in room. Breakfast served so simple & look so cost saving. Pool time slot full not able to use on 1st & 2nd day stay..an upset news for the kids.

Citadines is lgood location place to stay in which lots of nice facilities being around. No matter what, i hope the management will continue to provide affordble price with good service in the future.

I love everything and will repeat again soon! So sad we cant use pool for the kids as Kch was label as red zone. Surely will come again with my family. I have a grear stay here and overall is just nice and the price is cheap!

Kids love staying at Citadines Uplands Kuching. Its in the centre of town. Next to The Spring Mall. Unfortunately, swimming pool was close due to Kuching Red Zone of Covid-10. We surely come back again once Kuching is in Green Zone.

Good Location and very satisfying...... The place also near the Mall make easy for those who like shopping. It also clean and comfortable. Beside that we can cook if we doesn't want to eat outside.... Very recommend to stay here....
