Warning: It is very rare that I call a place overpriced. I think one should always be prepared to pay a little more for quality and for a nice environment. But considering that we brought our own wines (corkage is expected), the prices just felt a bit over the top. Yes, for the most part the food was excellent, even though I would have expected the manager (owner?) to recommend a more varied selection of starters. We ended up with starters that were all deep fried, in one way or another. Avoid the prawn cakes. Even though they are made with only prawns and no filler, they are hard, chewy and pretty underwhelming.
Don't get me wrong, if you are prepared to fork out around 300-400 a head for a Thai meal and know that you will be told that the kitchen closes at 9:15pm (?!?), it's not a bad place to go to.
