Stayed there for just one night for a meeting. I got the room on 9th floor with views of the suburbs. The attempt to request for a higher floor was to no avail. The hotel was a bit full and many events were taking place.
However my room was elegantly decorated in white, beige and light wood tone. It looked bright, neat and clean. The bed was king size with decent beddings and 4 pillows. Large writing desk with comfortable working chair. Large one seater sofa by the floor-to-ceiling windows. Plenty of lamps, including reading lights. Four bottles of Spritzer mineral water provided with a fridge, electric kettle and Mister Coffee Drip and Dilmar tea sachets.
Large closet had a safe, 2 pairs of slippers, 2 bathrobes and iron.
Bathroom is bright in white marble walls and tiles. Electric blind could prevent people in the bathroom to be exposed. There was a bathtub and also shower compartment with adjustable shower head and a refreshing rain shower. Amenities were from Gilchrist & Soames, Warm Oak line. Well-stocked standard amenities which included toothbrushes with toothpastes. Very powerful hairdryer.
Small infinity pool and gyms with great view of KL was on the 33rd floor.
Buffet breakfast was scrumptious with European and many local options including a la cart Malaysian options.
Lobby on 3rd floor, restaurants (decent Japanese) on 3A, ballroom on 3D.
Most of the staff were serious but professional.
