Good hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast at the top floor was sumptuous and it wasn't overly crowded. Parking was OK. We didn't use the swimming pool and other facilities.

Last minute booking at the Hilton PJ after travelling around Malaysia... was warmly greeted by familiar faces and treated like I've just returned Home. Was even surprised by a wonderful Xmas/New Year gift! Didnt get the upgrade I'd hope, as they were full but still overall wonderful stay. Many thanks again to Mr Umah at the EL.
Breakfast is rather local, but when in Rome...
Very good and efficient service especially by Kalpana, Shamsul, Rohini, Rizal and Arafat. They showed great empathy towards their guests and have always displayed their welcoming gesture with great team spirit.
Will always come back to Hilton PJ whenever we are in KL. we celebrate big anniversaries here too. Rooms are great and the customer service is really grand, at one particular stay, I left my praying attire (telekung) at home. And they let me borrow one in house through out my stay. It was wrapped, clean, and a good quality one so I know they have these ready upon requests which I doubt many hotels do. In another, there was a minor miscommunication on on some issues and they gave us free breakfast for the troubles where they shouldnt have. They always go beyond what is expected thats why we always come back.

Stayed from 23-25 Dec 2022. Had a safe, clean and hospitable stay.
It was during peak period but was allowed to check in smoothly and given room requirements.
My husband loved the rain shower. My son loved the free wifi access.
I love the proximity and accessibility of the hotel to food n drinks.

My hotel room had old Plasma TV looked like is on its last leg, its not clear too.TV shows were boring and out dated and they depending on RTM2 too show the world cup football ,when football is 1 game in Malaysia .Paya Serai also did not do well,in morning breakfast , staff was slow in topping up the food , food need to imporve too, thats why uncle chili closed. i arrive in afternoon and there was no staff to give me hand on bags from taxi , but I was happy to see some old staff there thank you
