I've always thought this to be a very ugly building (what I mistook for leftover junk on the walls turns out to be Art) but inside it's very pretty. Clean with lots of quality shops, including a Tescos and a Popular bookshop. Loads of places to eat, too. Traffic though is hell, so beware going on weekends and at rush hour.
