This hotel is very particular about being punctual. They told us to come at 3pm and the room will be ready by then. But when we arrived, the room was not ready, the toilet bowl had poop stains on it and we need to ask the housekeeping to wash and make it clean again, which they could have done before the guests check in.
Since all of the hustles with the room and the late check in, we wanted to us for a late check out. Earlier, the told me that they were very busy because all guests checked out late. It might be the safest reason that they could give to the guests because of their incompetence in getting the room ready for the next guests.
So, as I was saying, we went to the reception after breakfast, wanted to request for a late check out. However, I was attended by Shukri, who was very rude to me. Trying to negotiated the time as we checked in late yesterday, he did grant us with the late check out however, the impression that he gave us, left us with heartache. This is a 5 star hotel with 0 star softskill staff.
Not really happy.
We came here for a staycation in the suite room before but this will be our last.
The room is not clean, the staff is not friendly. Not really ideal for me.
However, the staff at the coffee house and the Chinese restaurants are the best.They should hire more people like that.
