Had a great experience with one world hotel. The staffs are helpful and friendly, the services, cleanliness are excellent! I lost my parking ticket but the staff help me to get a new one. Very responsive n helpful! Highly recommended ! More

This is a very long overdue review, as i attended a work conference in Jan 2022 (did not stay). i requested for use of a nursing room during my conference & was kindly assisted by Ms Jesslyn who had helped arranged a very comfortable waiting room for me to use. It came complete w a sink & washroom. So this review is to again thank Ms Jesslyn & also Ms Cony who assisted me on the day.

Management of One World Hotel
Our recent stay in One World had a quick check in process, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was clean and the bathroom was in excellent condition. One of the best features of this hotel was its convenient access to the mall. This made it easy to run errands or do some shopping during my stay. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Best place to stay in KL. Hotel recognised Ipreferred membership status. Very responsive and great General Manager looking after our stay. Hotel is only next to a great mall for shopping. We will definitely stay again. Thank you to Alvin, the General Manager, for looking after us.

What can I say about One World Hotel?
The hotel is perfectly located to meet business associates, family and friends conveniently adjoining the hugely popular One Utama shopping complex .
The room is clean and spacious; the staff from Reception to Concierge polite and helpful.
I would like to thank Saiful from F&B for his amazing and courteous help in our dietary requirements for our stay.
Also my thanks to M Faddil from Reservations for his quick responses to my various enquiries.
All in all, I could not have asked for more. It was a very comfortable stay.
