I will choose to stay in this hotel during business visit to KL, location is right at center of PJ, plenty of foods around, and affortable price, but the breakfast buffet need to be improve! Most of the food is not fresh and poorly seasoned

The hotel was very comfortable.This hotel has been around for many years and it's showing signs of aging. However, service is still very good and their staffs are attentive and friendly. This is more of a business hotel and location wise, it's within walking distance to a LRT station should you need to commute to other parts of KL without driving.

Unprofessional, unfriendly reception.

I arrived at 3:30pm just to just make sure my guest check in properly as this is his first time at the hotel. I went to reception showing them the bookingletter on my phone that i just want to make sure the guest arrive and have checked in.

Instead of telling me they are not allowed to reveal guest arrival information, the reception told me they have not arrived. So i waited at ground floor for one hour for nothing. Actually, my guest had already checked in before me. Why can't the reception just said, "sorry, we can't entertain request for guest info" instead lying. Amazing!
