This restaurant is run by a bunch of ignorant fools. I had my wedding dinner on a Saturday night. Here are things they got it wrong despite how many times I've told the people in charge before my wedding date and even on the date itself MANY TIMES REPEATEDLY:
1) I was suppose to surprise my wife with a song. The spotlight was suppose to shine on me, and follow me while I'm singing. The staff shine on the bride. I end up singing in the dark. No guest can see. Told him many times before my wedding start still didn't get it right.
2) The mic gets blurred and signal lost while I was singing walking towards my bride. Worst sound system ever. Do not even meet a criteria of a basic sound system for weddings.
3) While I was giving a speech onstage, the lights on the stage went off because they press wrong button. Good job.
4) I have a list of songs. But everytime after a video played, they repeated the same song from the top again. Seriously? Where's your common sense? Why would I have 30+ songs for if you're gonna start playing the same song again every time after a video was played.
5) The staff in charge of lighting, music and video playing went missing to another hall bcoz there was a system problem in the other wedding hall which apparently "no one" can handle except that staff. My emcee ended up clicking the video himself which resulted in a brief awkward silence as he was not familiar with the controls.
6) The staff mixed up the video. Ended up accidentally playing an earlier shown video which my emcee and I have to go and tell him to off it and play the right video.
Overall, I have never seen such unprofessional way of handling a wedding dinner. And the best part, the Manager of this restaurant did not even apologize and acts as if it's just merely a technical issue. Good job.
If it wasn't for my friends who made it lively, my wedding dinner would've been a disaster.
For those who wants to have a lovely and memorable wedding dinner run by professionals, please avoid this this restaurant.
