It’s no wonder that this hotel has received so many awards.
The staff are always friendly, polite, confident and well groomed. Their professional manner sets them apart from other well known establishments.

We had arrived from a long drawn out meeting at Putra Jaya that had caused us to miss our booked flight and the last flight home. So we decided to stay the night ....however the Sama Sama was fully booked. We were devastated!

However, a staff member suggested we take a seat in the bar whilst he checked to see if he could find alternate accomodation for us.
Within seconds we were enjoying Gin & Tonics!
( I am sure that they sensed that I needed a strong drink!)

In this review, I could have mentioned, the magnificent gardens, the comfortable king size bed, the superb decor, how clean the carpets were, how much we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast etc.

BUT how the staff make you feel, is testament to how good the overall experience is!

Definitely Management Material in the making!

It was so easy to get to the hotel, we just took a few steps out of baggage claim and there was a buggy stop. In a couple of minutes we were whisked away to the registration desk. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was like heaven. If you have a long layover this is a perfect spot to rest and recharge!

We arrived after a very long day of travel from Australia. We had some concerns about the room we were initially allocated and the staff went out of their way to ensure that 2 very weary travellers had a comfortable sleep by allocating us another room . They actually provided us with an exceptional room. The hotel facilities are excellent and the location (attached to the airport) was fantastic. I would also like to compliment hotel management on temperature testing every guest prior to allowing them access to the hotel. We will be staying at the SamaSama again next week. Thankyou to the staff.
