Our third or fourth visit. Perfect location for an early or late flight. The staff are lleasant and very helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable with great bed linen and pillows. The hotel has great amenities including a pool.
My gripe is small but salient why in a 4 star hotel do we have to have the worse possible instant coffee? I know not every hotel can have an espresso machine bur Maxwell House INSTANT coffee simply does not do the hotel justice. Please fix

Place is nice, so feel sorry that service is poor for a 5 star hotel.

I got my key, but check in desk did not inform bell service. The bell service was loudly on the phone, did not even give us a look. So I took my luggage and carried by myself.

The elevator key did not work, waited long at a front desk, but they thought I was checking out.

Breakfast was good. So we might stay again, but not expect a good service.
Only the location convenience and breakfast is the reason if we go back.

The room was spacious and lovely. The buggy ride was available to drive you to the airport or you can also walk thru the sky bridge connected to the hotel. The staffs were friendly and nice. The check in was also smooth and they allowed me to check in earlier since the room was ready.
