this review is about the (regular) sama sama hotel, located on landside. the other is called sama sama express, and you need boarding pass to access because it is on airside. it is also on a different terminal.

once touch down at KUL main terminal, go to Level 2. you will see a sign and button where you can press to alert the hotel of your arrival, and to request a complimentary buggy to transport you and your bags to the hotel via a skybridge.

service is great, room is spacious. bathroom could use better cleaning

I stayed at the Sama-Sama for one night, having arrived well after midnight from Singapore and flying off to Penang the following morning. I was thoroughly impressed. The buggy ride from the terminal to check-in was organised within minutes. Check-in was friendly and super efficient. My room on the ninth floor was large, bright and so comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts that I could recall, served in a beautiful dining room. The Sama-Sama is an airport hotel that stands out from the crowd -- I would certainly choose it again without hesitation should I be at KLIA.

Probably the nicest airport hotel have stayed in. Friendly staff, lovely decor, lovely pool and all round comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious. The outside of the hotel could do with a fresh coat of paint however thats just me being picky. Thank you :)
