Relaxing stay. Quiet environment . Clean rooms and overall. Shower was excellent pressure and heat. Love it. The check in was fast and very welcoming. Good job guys.

Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I trust Mercure and Accor brand Hotel Mercure. It exceptional. This is new hotel in Shah Alam with modern and contemporary design. Interior design of Mercure brings luxury. The hotel lobby so spacious with so many stylish chairs and sofa. The book shelf decoration on the wall inspired you to borrow the book displayed in the shelf. The check in process was very smooth. Front desk staff very good and professional. As Accor Plus member, i was granted a bigger room with long couch and a voucher of welcome drink. I am so regret while entering the room. Why stay only 1 night. The room was very comfortable, clean, modern and nice. The bed were very super comfy. There is a smart TV.
Hotels facilities were on 13th floor, there 2 pools, small and adult pools. I had tried gym equipment - treadmill. Very new brand life fitness with entertainment console but that day cant connected to WIFI.
Warna Café is very spacious even though there were many guest at one time. You can sit inside with calmly and enjoying your breakfast. The breakfast is good with variety. The parking hotel were complimentary. Just validate at front desk for free parking.

Wanting to find a place just to escape packed working schedule , as we were just browsing through, fortunately found this place! Initially I was a bit skeptical with the location since surrounded by factories but just stepping into this place made me forget all those! The breakfast was awesome! The room was so cozy and comfy! Definitely worth a try! Will be repeating our stay soon!
Back to this lovely hotel. It is my 8th visit and it never failed me since its foray.
Booked three rooms, one suite and 2 non suite room. Although i did not get any room upgrades due to literally full house occupancy, judging from the long queue that started from 2pm until late evenings. Yet, I was still being taken care of. In fact a very VIP treatment.
Arrived at 12noon and we headed to Warna Restaurant for lunch. A complimentary meal which was part of the elite benefits. Among the mains, the lamb chop was outstanding.
Room key was given around 3pm, yes a little longer than usual but i did not fault them due tl. Short manning of staff. The evident queue was long but the front desk staff still remained calm and collected. Nicol was a gem at the front desk.
The room was immaculate. Even though the hotel was running on high occupancy. I did not feel claustrophobic.
We had our dinner at Warna restaurant. The beef burger promo was absolutely and sinfully indulging as well as the lamb chop. The char keow teow was aromatic and brewed coffee was simply deli. Being an accor plus member, i took advantage of the accor dining privileges. The prices of food and drinks charged after discounts was worthwhile. I received complimentary fruit platter.
Maula and his team at Warna were fantabulous. At morning breakfast, with 200pax, he still poured tea tea for my fellow diner. Such gesture was exemplary. The rest of the team worked hard to make mt stay a perfect one.
I cant wait to return and the urban@13 lounge which is soon to be opened.

Mama Yap was here in KL and we were thinking where shall we staycation to enjoy the luxury of being a Special Guest - haha!! and we thought of somewhere away from hustle bustle of city due to the busy weekend. At that very moment, my bestie had called and suggested a new location to explore and we had checked into Mercure Glenmarie, a very new property in within the Glenmarie township. We had a very chilled cozy stay indeed. SnS enjoyed the spacious comfortable connecting rooms. Mom and Aunty Regene had their own cosy room while me with SnS had our own room with own big TV, a cosy L-shape sofa, big bedroom and their most favourite, the sexy bathtub. Sadly, we didn't bring our bath balls. Sammie said, we will return!
You must check-on Mercure Glenmarie. It is newly opened contemporary mid-scale hotel located within the integrated Utropolis Glenmarie development, conveniently situated in the Shah Alam City Center part of Shah Alam. This property located very close to many attractions and interesting dining options and not too far away malls. Eventually, we were planning for a visit to the famous I-City Wax Museum but timing was in a rush because mama Yap want to be back Seremban to check on Papa Yap. Nevertheless, she had enjoyed a lovely breakfast together with us. Mercure staffs are friendly and attentive. We had a very relax, cosy stay and memorable especially for Mama Yap with SnS.
