Went in just for a quick staycation. It's not the cheapest but the best option price-wise without compromising comfort.
It felt old but everything inside the room is refurbished so it is good. Pool not open so can't say anything about it.
Also cannot say anything about breakfast as there was not in my package and buying in is too expensive for my liking. That was the low point of this. Everything else was acceptable.
Did try to eat at the cafe. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Wondered how the breakfast would've went but not enough to pay RM200.

It is a former BlueWave Hotel. Dont know what happen on the previous one.

I book a day before check in. All are smooth and easy. They even upgrade my room.

In overall, the room is nice, clean and dont even got any unpleasant smell. A very good view towards the famous Shah Alam Mosque.

A very strategic location, location and location.

Room tip: Plan your trip because its surrounded by many shopping malls.

book here for 3days 2 nights but because of BAD service and poor facility under renovation. check in was super slow. we need to keep changing lift from lobby to guest room with only 2 lift available at lobby for the whole hotel. then the next day they didnt make up the room if u stay more than 1 day. when called room service thet prioritize new check in and when i wait till 630pm still didnt make up room. i storm off from the hotel didnt even able to complete my stay there for 3 days. So called syariah compliance but ur service didnt even show ur muslim compliance. basement carpark horrible too, thus i use valet. all in all horrible hotel, dont tell me i didnt warn u. book at ur own risk!

Stayed here for work. Good things first, the rooms are clean. Bed is comfy to sleep on, showers are strong and the temperature of the water is just nice. Parking is free for guests, but you would need to validate it over the counter. There is a parking attendant to make sure you get to leave the premises for free after that. Location is great too, if you are willing to walk. Me'nate, Ehsan's, Avisenna Hospital and SACC mall are all within walking distance if you are willing to walk. Alternatively order via foodpanda or Grabfood to get all them tasty delights of Shah Alam right to the hotel doorstep hehe.

There are a number of downers for me but it might not be for others. The gym equipments do not work well, and I can only use the weights to work out. The pool is freezing cold and is a bit too deep for leisure swimmers, but I suppose there is nothing we can do about it. The food is edible, but not that great. Room service food prices are not too expensive (for hotel standards), but didn't get a chance to try. The story goes their Halal Chinese restaurant is amazing.

Overall, come here to sleep and you will be happy with their services.

I love the fact that our room hotel was facing the Masjid Shah Alam. Checking in was not a breeze as staff are overwhelm by guest. Staff should have a different counter for checking in and collecting key. Originally, we requested for a connecting door, invoice/receipt was given with a room number. When we came to collect our keys, we have to wait for 45 mins ( we check in at 12pm and was told to come back at 3pm) , we were given a different room number with no connecting door. Its satisfactory because our room was facing the big masjid while the 'original room number' have a different view...
