I was checked in on 26 till 27...but then with agoda excluded breakfast for executive room. I was upset, wanted the birthday will be memorable during covid19. So I checked in again thru hotel website and get the better price same room with breakfast check out on 28. What I hate abt the food overpriced. Lot of guest ordered grab food. This is bad business guest wanted to enjoyed their stays be able to eat at the hotel but just too pricy

Rooms are dirty, dusty and smelly. We can see layer of dust and when wipe, it is all black.

Swimming pool is open and there is no restrictions on how many people can go in. Even worst, the people were wearing normal clothes and not proper swim wear.

Smoking is allowed at the cafe / diner where the lobby located.

The place does not adhere to any CMCO SOP. Only the guest that is checking in will have the temperature checked.There was no checking for others. Furthermore, there is an entrance from parking where guest, visitors and anyone can free to come in / go out WITHOUT ANY TEMPERATURE SCAN. Furthermore, hand sanitizers were not made available thru out the hotel. We didnt see any cleaning / sanitizing works during our stay there as well.

We noticed that there were people quarantine (at the same building and floor as normal guest). When we asked, we were informed there were none. However, we do overheard the staff mentioned it as they were preparing the breakfast for this group. I am so shocked strongly think they should be transparent and inform all the guests. Moreover they should separate the guests and provide more stringent approach for those under quarantine.

I am really worried on the management of Covid prevention in this hotel.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your time taken to share your comments.

We would like to take this opportunity to humbly clarify there is a limit of 10 guests to the pool at any one point. This notification is stated clearly by the towel collection station. Our pool attendants are constantly monitoring this.

We are strictly adhering to SOP set by the authorities, and rigorous cleaning and sanitizing are constantly carried out at high contact points. Hand sanitizers are always available throughout the property i.e. receptions and restaurants.

We had guests who were self-quarantined in a separate block and floor, from our other guests and they are completely isolated from the public. Self-Quarantined guests are not permitted to leave their rooms throughout their quarantine period and are constantly monitored by our security personnel. Meals (contactless) are served to the rooms. Quarantine rooms are thoroughly sanitized and iodized to remove any possible remnants of microorganisms upon guest check out.

Please be rest assured the health and well-being of our guests and colleagues takes top priority.

Stayed in this hotel last month. The staff was the only bright spot. They are good people. However, there has been no visible effort to refurbish the place after decades. Hotel management is really bad. All the best Peremba.

We stayed at the Terrace Room which has open access from the room to Saujana’s beautiful landscape (we paid extra for this feature and its more secluded area vs other rooms).

Unfortunately the room was subpar.

The floor was still dusty. When we switched on the water for the tub, the water was brown initially so we had to clean the stains before refilling the tub. The bed had a spring jutting out. It was as though the room didn’t have a proper clean up prior to our arrival.

Thankfully the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Otherwise I would have rated this 1/5.

I love the greens and birds. The service, the quality of employees was excellent. But the break fast was average. I guess it is because under cmco situation we were not allow to have it buffet style. But Ill give Excellent for my stay.
