Hotel room is so nice and comfortable, very calm. Maybe will bring my family next time, so that we can experience the same feeling with us. All the foods provided for breakfast so good and delicious. Maybe can add other menu to make more choices.More

Location - in the i-City attraction. Free access to iCity Wetworld for hotel guess.. Suitable for family with kids. Near to shopping mall & Masjid Seksyen 7.
Room - quite small for 2 adults & 2 kids (limited space) with quite outdated fixes. But overall, we consider it a good stay. May consider to come back for another holiday.
Food - Variable choices & delightful taste. 5 stars for the Chef & Team. We really enjoy the foods served. Happy tummy, happy kids, happy customer.

Staff was very friendly, room is just nice for 2 person. Easy to search the hotel if you follow google maps. Breakfast just enough and delicious. This hotel offer for 24hours food order but not try because already full after meeting.

this is my 2nd stay btw. actually good service, cozy, affordable price, will come again.
im not sure about the food there, never tried before. the price for 1 plat of nasi lemak is rm22. and for nasi goreng is rm24. affordable for a price of hotel.

I booked a room with a small kitchen. Nice room , clean, good services and good food. Alls foods delicious (breakfast and hi-tea).
We also enjoy the Badut during the hi-tea. Hotel give are complementary to entered gims and swimming pool. Thank you very much

Stayed here overnight with my sister. The room was tidy and clean esp the bathroom. The beds were comfortable for our tired bodies. The staff who checked me in and the one who checked me out were warm, friendly and polite. Unfortunately, I did not ask for their names. The breakfast was really good. I had a bit of everything except the noodles and nasi lemak. Loved the cheese! I would stay here again also because of its proximity to the mall. Kudos Best Western!
