A terrible hotel I have ever stayed. I paid RM239 for a room with king size bed. It stated 4-star hotel at website but it's TOTALLY not worth at all. Not a 4 star standard. It should be 3 star. The price I paid, I could have stayed in PJ Hilton and Grand Dorsette Subang. I just have to add on additional RM30. The room is smelly, the air conditioning is not cold enough. The bathroom is worst. So small. The wall of the bathroom is only covered with a board. Ugly! I left the hotel after two hours I checked in. I couldn't stay longer. I would rather to waste the money. I went to another hotel in PJ at 12 midnight.

Stayed here for 1 night as I had to attend a family wedding near by. I was not there to enjoy the facilities, merely I wanted to get a place to rest while attending to the family function.

When I arrived the lobby looked quite impressive and makes you feel like this is a proper business hotel. Not a family vacation type of hotel.

I stayed on the 11th floor. Getting to each respective floors will require you to tap your room card in the elevator to take you to your room.

The corridor from the elevator to the rooms are very dark. It is lit by a very small LED light not powerful enough to light up the corridor. I am sure it was designed for energy saving but it is too dark and can be scary to some.

The rooms I got was small and the view is facing the inside of another building and it makes the whole room dark and gloomy + the corridor is already dark as mentioned earlier. Make sure you ask for a room facing the outside of the hotel.

The room also had small cockroaches, We had a few rooms and the other family members complained of the same thing.

The A/C was working but I don't feel it is cold enough and it took a long time to cool the room. Also the thermostat is not working.

There is a 7 Elven across the street and Parking is Free just get the staff to validate your parking card.

Staff were polite but Will I return here?

No.

Stayed a night over a biz trip owing to location.
Pros
- Simple no fuss
- good size room
- next to a local mall with some simple shops for food

Cons
- lifts broke down twice during my stay
- sound- proofing is ZERO as I woke up twice in the middle of night when someone closed their door. It was LOUD!

We came here for a night stay attend wedding at convention hall in front of the hotel building. We arrive by car, unload our belongings but nobody is there to bring bags to the room. No concierge available. Need to take a trolley. Room is small. We booked it online and they give us a room without view. The window is facing internal buildings. Swimming pool is quite big but need to pass through restaurant kitchen to go there. Towel is not available, although the towel counter is there. Overall not recommended to stay here

Dear sir,

I am writing this letter following my stay at your hotel a few days ago 24.12.17 .This letter is in regard to the poor level of customer service and your system malfunction.

On 16.12.17 I’ve made a reservation and also a special request to arrive at 3.00-4.00am but by the time im arrive, my room were not ready and our special requests were ignored and not taken seriously. Because of that we have to pay for another RM260 and wait until 12pm to checkin room that we’ve booked.

Paid package in Booking.com included a breakfast that we already paid but your employee didn’t allow us to breakfast because of their malfunctions system. i told him i did paid and show him the transaction detail .And he said that the system didn’t captured my transaction .So we can’t even have the breakfast that we paid for. I was so upset because he said it like it was my fault. Your receptionist said it was on my risk because of yours malfunction and not up to date system. Im was so disappointed how come it was your fault and I did prove my purchased your receptionist could said like that to me.

After a few moment he decided to let me have the breakfast . He said he’ll check the system while I’m eating .Then he told me if the system still didn’t captured i have to pay again for the breakfast for unacceptable reasons.

He told me that it was my fault for makin the payment by cash instead of credit card that is why it didn’t include breakfast. That is kinda odd rules that were never stated anywhere in online payment type if I didn’t paid by credit card I didn’t get my breakfast .If the terms were exist i should know .For a 4-star hotel I’ve never thought that your services were very this poor. More star means more excellent services but unfortunately your hotel has fail to serve your customers demand . Too much problems and malfunction in two days .

I really hope you will improve your service in future because people drove hundreds of mile for hours exhausted and starving. They don’t really have time for this. This is first and last for me to stay at your hotel. Thankyou.
