We stayed in the Oyster Box for two nights recently, a real mixed bag of experiences.
We were looked after by Brandon, a real superstar of client service. However, breakfast was poor, no toast “because the toaster is broken”. Really? We offered to buy them a new one, but this was not accepted. Most disappointing however was the tardy cleanliness all over, particularly in the common areas, corridors, garage, parking lot etc.
It will be simple to fix the negatives, but management must show commitment to do so. Until then, rather take your business elsewhere.
