It was awesome, the staff was really helpful with everything. They were very good with all that we needed. Good service and Breakfast was good! It was not super cheap but the price was well worth it! I love the 2 bedroom suites!

Stayed in Makati for a two week period at the Aruga in a one bedroom. Exactly as advertised. Extremely comfortable, secure location across the street from the Powerpoint Mall which has most of the shopping amenities and a less hectic atmosphere compared to the busy Makati malls. Breakfast room is small but the food is very good. Excellent, friendly staff at this hotel, who respond immediately to any requests. Some good restaurants are near. Fitness centre is extremely immaculate. Some taxi drivers get confused at the location, so just simply say the Rockwell Powerpoint Mall..no problem. I will go back here! Close to perfection!

Room Tip: Near elevators

Great location in safe and friendly environment, well priced as well. Retail shops across the road have plenty of options. Breakfast was sufficient with all cuisines. Highly recommend, staff pleasant and rooms ideal to also work in

In the exec rooms, Aruga provides what is essentially a small, one bedroom apartment. The space is good and the kitchen and bathroom are reasonably well-equipped (could do with a toaster; the little ovens provided are completely inadequate for that purpose). The bedroom is comfortable with adequate storage, though the bed may be rather soft for some. What lets this place down is. 1. Telephone response. The measure of a 4 or 5 star hotel is that calls are answered withing 5 'rings'. The average here is nearer 40, if the call is answered at all. Calling the front desk late evening, the phone was hung up five times! 2. While the rooms are immaculate, the corridors appear grubby; mainly due to an unsuitable carpet which appears old (it isn't) and dirty. 3. The clothes drier has no external outlet and vents directly into the room. In the short term, this is not much of an issue but it will lead to dampness and associated odors over time. The car service is from Avis and is usually adequate.

Rooms were clean and modern. We book a premier room and space was adequate. Location is convenient (Near powerplant mall and restaurants). The lobby was small, as well as the restaurant. Decent pool area.
